1. Acceptance of these terms
Markaz Nerkh provides Iranian and global gold, coin and currency prices on its public website and through API, widgets and price-board products. These terms govern your use of all these services.
By accepting “I have read and accept the terms of use and privacy policy” at signup, or by using the services, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Registering for an organisation confirms your authority to accept on its behalf.
2. Services
- The public website, including rates, charts and tools, is free for everyone with no signup required.
- Each product has a free or paid version. Features, limits and prices appear on the Pricing page and are applied to accounts and the API accordingly.
- Enterprise services, including custom quotas and SLAs, redistribution rights or dedicated feeds, use a separate contract whose terms take precedence over this text.
- Features may be added or changed. Changes that disadvantage your active paid plan will take effect only after the paid period ends.
3. Account
- Sign up and log in using your mobile number and a one-time SMS code. The number must belong to you.
- Enter your first and last names correctly; invoices and identity verification use these details.
- You are responsible for all actions performed with your account and keys. Never share your SMS code.
- Each account receives only one free API key. Creating multiple accounts to bypass free-tier limits is not permitted.
4. Authentication and API keys
- Before issuing your first API key, your national ID is checked through Shahkar, as required by law, to confirm that you own the mobile number. This is required only once.
- The full key is shown only once, when issued. Keep it on your server, never in browser code or a public repository.
- If a key is exposed, rotate it immediately in the dashboard. Its usage counts against your account until rotation.
5. Domains and IPs
- Keys are accepted only from a domain whose ownership you have verified using a TXT record or verification file, and from your registered server IP.
- Register only domains and IPs you own or lawfully control. Private IP addresses are not accepted.
- Each plan's allowed domain and IP counts are listed on the Pricing page.
6. Permitted use and usage limits
- Each plan has daily, per-second and per-minute limits. For example, the free API allows 1,500 requests per day. The daily limit resets at 00:00 Tehran time.
- The free version stops at 100% of the limit. Paid plans send SMS and email alerts at 80% and 100%, and continue working up to 110%.
- Bypassing limits using multiple keys, accounts or rotating IPs, sending abnormal or malicious requests, and attempting intrusion or disruption are prohibited.
- Bulk automated scraping of public website pages instead of using the API is not permitted.
7. Attribution and redistribution
- On the free API, display “Markaz Nerkh” with a website link beside the rates. The attribution text and URL are provided in API responses (
attribution) and the documentation. - Do not remove, hide or obscure the link and logo at the bottom of free widgets.
- Public plans do not permit selling or redistributing data, such as building another API or feed from Markaz Nerkh data. This requires an enterprise contract. Displaying rates to your own website or app users is not redistribution.
8. Subscriptions, payments and renewals
- Amounts are in toman. Payments use local banking gateways (Zarinpal or Saman). Annual billing equals 10 months.
- The Pro API and paid widgets include a 7-day free trial. Without payment after the trial, your account returns to the free version.
- We do not renew automatically. You receive a reminder 7 and 1 days before expiry and renew manually.
- Without renewal, service continues for 3 more days before returning to the free version. Keys that require a paid plan remain inactive until renewal.
- Businesses can receive official invoices using company details entered in Subscription and Billing. You are responsible for their accuracy.
- If your account is charged but payment is not recorded in Markaz Nerkh, the bank or gateway will refund it under their rules. Refund rules for a period already started will be added after legal review.
9. Data accuracy and disclaimer
- Rates are collected from market sources and may be delayed or differ from your actual transaction rate. A rate not recently updated is labelled “Not up to date”.
- Markaz Nerkh data is not a buy or sell recommendation or investment advice. You are responsible for trading decisions based on it.
- Markaz Nerkh works to maintain service availability, but public plans have no service-level guarantee (SLA). SLAs are defined only in enterprise contracts.
10. Suspension and blocking
A key, account, IP or domain may be suspended or blocked without notice if it violates these terms or threatens the service, for example with unverified-origin requests or many keys from one IP range. The dashboard shows the reason; contact support to follow up.
11. Intellectual property
- The name, logo, website and dashboard designs, documentation and price database belong to Markaz Nerkh. Your use is limited to your plan's permissions.
- Open-source software used on the website, including TradingView Lightweight Charts™, is governed by its own licences.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The version and last update date appear above. We announce significant changes in the dashboard or by SMS before they take effect. Continued use means acceptance of the new version.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Contact support first to seek an amicable resolution. Otherwise, the competent Iranian courts have jurisdiction.
